Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Notomir platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Notomir provides AI-powered document processing and data extraction services for insurance and accounting agencies. The Service reads, structures, and files client documents including insurance policies, tax documents, financial statements, and related agency paperwork.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in a separate agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Reactivation requires payment of all outstanding balances.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all documents and data you submit to the Service. Notomir claims no ownership rights over your content.

By submitting documents, you grant Notomir a limited license to process and extract data from them solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process documents you do not have lawful rights to.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent.
• Upload malware, harmful code, or content designed to disrupt the Service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service relationship at any time. You may cancel your account through the dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notomir's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Notomir is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
